We looked at a lot of houses in a short amount of time due to my availability. I was very happy with what we were able to accomplish. Sage was able to point out some possible issues with houses and areas which helped me to pick the right house. Also, we had some issues with the VA appraisal and Sage was able to work that and get us a good/honest price for the house. Overall Sage had excellent knowledge of the local area and did an outstanding job of working with other agents to get us access to houses, especially on short notice. I will preface this review by saying that before meeting Sage Easter, I have dealt with real estate agents that were the complete opposite. I also do not usually write testimonials, but there is much to appreciate here. My wife and I bought our first home and knew very little about the process; Sage had immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and more. Instead of being dismissive or lackadaisical she guided us through the process as if we were her own family, and I will never be able to thank her enough for treating us so well. Sage is very down to earth (and friendly!) and made our process very easy on such short notice. She was able to signal our interest in certain homes, write contracts, and make an offer quickly on a highly desired home in the area. Even though it was a short notice military move from the west coast, this was all a done deal within THREE weeks. We could not have done it so quickly without her; I do not believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent in the Bossier/Shreveport area and she has our recommendation to any family/friends with real estate needs. Communication was excellent - Sage is always available to us no matter if it was 8pm, or on a weekend/holiday. She knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not" for our benefit throughout the process. Many times she would contact others (lenders, inspectors, etc) when I couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am fairly certain is above and beyond for her job responsibility. Sage stayed in touch from day 1 to day close and made sure everything was completely perfect. 10/10.
