We looked at a lot of houses in a short amount of time due to my availability. I was very happy with what we were able to accomplish. Sage was able to point out some possible issues with houses and areas which helped me to pick the right house. Also, we had some issues with the VA appraisal and Sage was able to work that and get us a good/honest price for the house. Overall Sage had excellent knowledge of the local area and did an outstanding job of working with other agents to get us access to houses, especially on short notice.
