Shawna showed us numerous homes and sent us every available potential property in our low price range even though this would not result in a lucrative profit for her. She never made us feel like our need was low on her priority list. Shawna did place a bid on our behalf that did not result in a sale. She did this during a time when her mother-in-law became seriously ill and died. When our needs changed, Shawna demonstrated true professionalism when we contacted her and told her the circumstances. We plan to contact her in the future if we decide to follow through on our original plan. We thank her for her patience, professionalism, and kindness.
