She not only knew what it was going to take to get the best price for our property, but that she would never make us feel as if we were just one of several clients, and she lived up to our admittedly loft expectations throughout the entire sale process. A few key highlights that my Wife and I agree set Sabrina apart from other agents:1. The staging and photography: Sabrina works with professional photographers to ensure that the property stands out, and it shows. We were shocked at just how much better the quality of our property photos were compared to the other properties on the market! And as part of that, Sabrina and her team spent many hours setting up our condo so that it looked as warm and inviting as possible, both for the photos and for the showings/open houses. 2. Once we had offers on hand, Sabrina went over the pros and cons of each offer, including her instincts on how working with each of the buyers would proceed. And she turned out to be quite prophetic aEUR" a red flag she pointed out with our highest bidders offer came to fruition, but she was also confident that our second highest was a rock solid backup offer, and when we came back to offer the property to them, they accepted and everything was smooth sailing from there.3. My wife and I had moved out of the area before we accepted an offer, and there were still many things that we needed to take care of before we could close. This included several things aEUR" depositing our last condo fees, being on hand for the fire department to test our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, etc. aEUR" that required someone to do in person. Sabrina went out of her way to do these things for us on our behalf, just to make things easier for us. I will wholeheartedly admit before this process began, that I thought the sales agent wouldnt make a difference. It was a hot market, and we could just throw up an open house and get the same amount of money no matter what. Sabrina truly proved that this was a naA?ve thought, and that the right agent would not only get the most value for your property, but just as importantly, would make it as stress free of a process as possible.
