Every Closed Transaction is to be Celebrated. All closings are good closings. I always say this. Everyone in today's market understands this already and it is just a 3-5 months old / new market. I currently am closing on a home that was 150K above what the Buyer was initially looking at and is 45k less than what the Seller was asking. The 500K+ market is really taking a beating right now and everyone is happy and looking forward to closing so very soon. The Seller is a Realtor friend of mine actually and is willing to give me glowing recommendations as long as we close in less than 10 days:)
