I have a story of hope and a future now. (((We can talk about my 19+ years experience and 500 homes sold a bit later down the page))). It took me from 05/15/2022 to 01/2023 to get back on my feet. I literally mean "Back On My Feet". A horse attack (Clydesdale kick to the back during OU/TX weekend at West End in Dallas. I was interviewed by channel 9 as I lay on the ground even) and a massive hernia led to plenty of core/trunk/back/hip issues. So I was bed ridden. Now I am not. Now I am living my best self possible and best life possible. I thank God/Christ/Luck/Myself/Science in that order for my turn around. So my recent sales are very poor for me, so please choose all years of sales data I have provided and you will see a beautiful sales history I was blessed to have. (((Updated Bio 12/08/2023))). I also have over 100 persons willing to speak on my behalf who loved my service and performance as a real estate sales professional. (((To this day I am still in the TOP 1% SALES as an individual for the entire state of Oklahoma from the creation of the state to now.))) We are now in a market that I have been apart of 3 times before, a real estate depression. No one knows the future but I do remember 100's of strategies to buy and sell real estate that worked each of the 3 cycles before this one and they are already paying off now. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
There are 100's of loan options, most of which have been shelved the past 4 years. But they are coming back in force. Talk to someone who was around this industry in 2008. Bubbles in housing markets are more critical than stock market bubbles. Historically, equity price busts occur on average every 13 years, last for 2.5 years.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There are hundreds of strategies for every swing and turn of our real estate market. Why are there so many already known to work. Because this happens at least every 30 years. We are in a potential bubble and everyone knows something has to give. Bubbles in housing markets are more critical than stock market bubbles. 3) What types of clients have you worked with?
District Attorney's, Doctors, Congressmen, Celebrities, People Behind in Payments, Investors, Plumbers, Electricians, Farmers, The Wealthy, The Poor......... 500 homes closed as a Realtor and countless others as a Broker/Family/Friend/Acquaintance.........
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every Closed Transaction is to be Celebrated.
All closings are good closings. I always say this.
Everyone in today's market understands this already and it is just a 3-5 months old / new market.
I currently am closing on a home that was 150K above what the Buyer was initially looking at and is 45k less than what the Seller was asking.
The 500K+ market is really taking a beating right now and everyone is happy and looking forward to closing so very soon.
The Seller is a Realtor friend of mine actually and is willing to give me glowing recommendations as long as we close in less than 10 days:)
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Because of 9/11. Long story, we can talk about it over coffee or drinks on you:)
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Absolutely. I use my Technology/Accounting/Finance majors from the University of Oklahoma every single week for my Buyers and Sellers benefits. I have countless certificates and a curious mind so I am constantly learning about something important to the Real Estate Industry.
