My client base is a good mixture of owner occupied buyers, sellers and investors. I also work closely with foundation repairs, as this is now a big issue in CT.

I sold a home to a married couple of business professionals. Being they had limited time, and a young child. I had to do my homework on them and their needs. I was able to locate, negotiate and secure what they see as their "perfect home". Soon after closing, my clients utilized my contractor contacts for quick a professional repairs and upgrades. Overall, everyone working on said Transaction did a great job and the Client was ecstatic.

I have always been attracted to Real Estate. As I was always looking for ways to work for myself. My previous vocation was an Auto Body Tech. The owner laid me off as the work flow slowed. I took advantage of this opportunity, and started my journey in Real Estate and have yet to look back.

I have several Professional Designations currently, and am working on a few more at the moment. I am ABR, SFR, SRS and soon to be CRS and CRB ABR is an Accredited Buyer Representative SFR is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist SRS is a Seller Representative Specialist Finally CRS is Council of Residential Specialists and is the most accredited Designation just before CRB which is Certified Real Estate Broker and is required to open and run a Brokerage. All of said classes are paid for buy the Licensee and must be passed with a 70% grade or higher.
