He was there every step of the way when it came to selling our home and purchasing our new home. He advised us on what needed to be done in order to sell our home while still coming out head and having money to put into our new home. He always had a line of open communication with us. If we needed him, he was there. Any questions we had he answered night and day. He handles his job very well under pressure. He was able to resolve issues with inspection, and he resolved those inside very quickly. Ryan is very accommodating to any situation. We honestly would never trust any other realtor when it comes to buying and selling. We have sold 2 homes through Ryaj now, and bought 1. We would have most definitely went through Ryan to buy our Moline house, but we found him too late which is a shame. Ryan is truly amazing!
