This was our first time buying a house, and although the process was stressful, we were so grateful for the opportunity to work with Ryan. We first started looking at houses with Ryan two years ago and quickly learned we needed to save up more before we could be done renting. Ryan was very patient with us until we were ready. We started looking for a house again in May and he made a lot of effort to be flexible with us and fit us in for multiple showings a week. We were thankful to have him along with us for house showings because he would point out things that we should look out for when looking at a home and even suggested things we could easily fix if we were interested in a house. He took the time and energy to really get to know us and feel out what we wanted in a home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and I completely trusted his advice on how much we should offer for a particular house and when we should make the offer. The first offer we wrote (a month after we officially began house searching) was accepted and the house was even appraised for more than we paid for the house. We were able to close and move into our house in July (just two months after we officially started looking)!! Overall Ryan was personable, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I would recommend Ryan to anyone I know.
