Ryan and his wife, Shelby, helped us prep and sell our home while also working with us to buy a new one. They were very knowledgable of the seller's market we were in and shaped our expectations accordingly. Perhaps the most unique challenge in it all was we started with Shelby, who was pregnant with twins.
