I didn't expect you to always be available to show me a house at a moment's notice. I knew you had a family that needed your attention. But, there you were. Every time we asked to see a house, you were available. If not that same day, the next for sure. You provided an honest opinion of a houses' condition or location; Too close to the airport, Too close to the interstate or other major thoroughfare, House had a slight tilt to it, Basement had too many cracks in the floor. The basement walls were falling in ?? (Remember that one?) You always were thinking of resale value too. You had an answer to all our questions. We probably asked them twice. But you were patient with us. You have wonderful knowledge of the housing market and predictions of the future state of the housing market. You made the showings fun.
