About Ryan Rahim

Ryan Rahim has provided the real estate industry with 15+ years of professional hands-on experience for his clients. He has developed incomparable entrepreneurial skills and excellent customer service abilities, which has assisted him in providing quick and educational information about the real estate market and making him an immediate resource for past and future clients. Ryan has closed 500+ transactions and was awarded top producer in 2010 ,2011, 2014,and 2016 with the Chicago Association of Realtors. Ryan went to Niles North High School in Skokie, IL and attended Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago where he obtained a Bachelor's in Community Health and Wellness Education/Physical Education. Inspired by his father being a professional athlete, Ryan continues to learn and devote himself to maintaining an overall well balanced and healthy lifestyle. This lifestyle consists of volunteering his free time to teaching students from grades 6th through 12th the importance of what it takes to develop and keeping up a healthy regiment from an early adolescent stage. Ryan has taken all this experience and education as a foundation to his success as a Realtor and will continue to provide his clients the most up to date services to make their overall experience a victory!

    Ryan helped me buy my house in 2014 as a new home buyer. I didn't know what I was doing and he made everything simple. He's an honest person. I bought my house for 140k and due to his time in the industry and ability, he helped me sell the house for 260k (60k over asking) in 2020. I loved that house and am glad to see someone value it so highly. He helped in every necessary way to get this house sold at the best price at the right time. Highly highly recommend. Solid guy.

    We couldn't be more pleased with the service Ryan provided in helping us sell our mother's condo in Skokie. Besides his knowledge of the local market and professionalism, Ryan went above and beyond in providing help in recommending a contractor to help us deal with an inspection issue. He also helped us contact people to dispose of the contents of the apartment. We were doing this from out of state and Ryan made the whole process seamless and as stress free as possible.
