i moved from out of state and it took a year before my home in california closed He kept in contact during that time and at a moment's notice made the time to show me houses and even out of state would do video tour as well as showing the hoes to friends for me. i im so happy with his services i recommended my nephew

Ryan Porzel is as good as it gets..A+++. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our perfect vacation home virtually. He was so positive and friendly and always encouraging even though it was a very competitive market. It is because of him that we landed our dream home on the golf course. He continued to keep us constantly updated and always promptly return phone calls to assist with any questions and willing to go out of his way to make things happen. He made the process so smooth and seamless and again his knowledge was invaluable to helping us find the perfect home. We were doing this virtually from over 900 miles away and he was always willing to run by and look at whatever properties we were interested in and give us good advice. Once we had an accepted offer, it was so much fun seen our new home and meeting up with Ryan. If you want someone to work hard for you all the way through the process Ryan Porzel is the best!!
