I moved to Tucson from the SF Bay area approx 1.5 yrs ago, with the plan being to find an (affordable) dream and/or investment house. We just finished closing on our new house, which I dont think we would have gotten without Ryans negotiating skills. He found us a great house for a great price with little perks in the contract, which is pretty impressive considering what a sellers market it is. I would say that the whole process from start to finish was much less complicated than I thought it would be. Ryan was easy to talk to and always responded right away when we wanted to see a place.
