I am a full believer in trusting experts to do what experts do, so when I help people sell their homes, I always use professional photography and actually hire a professional marketing company (at my expense) that specialize in marketing real estate property to drive traffic to your home. Nobody else is willing to take on this expense, but at the of the day, we need to market your home the right way the first time...and if you are interviewing other agents for the job of selling your home and they say they'll market your home themselves, that should AUTOMATICALLY be a disqualifier. We aren't selling a used car for $5,000 on Craigslist here...we're talking about one of the biggest investments of your life! That said, moving is such a stressful ordeal and the last thing people want to deal with is worrying about the intricacies of selling or buying a home. I found my calling in this. When people ask me what I do, I don't tell them I sell homes, because houses ultimately sell themselves. I am a consultant. It's my job to give you advice and insight as well as give you an unbiased perspective. As I said before, marketing falls under my domain, but ultimately I will facilitate your sale to get you to the closing table and make the whole transaction as smooth as possible. I am proactive, have amazing referrals for every aspect of the business, and am so successful that I actually coach real estate agents across the country on how to emulate my success and build their careers into something amazing.
