We live in South Carolina and my husband's sister lived in Pennsylvania. We were left with the task of taking care of the estate after she died. We weren't sure who to trust being unfamiliar with the area. We spoke to several agents in the area but could tell the others were just blowing smoke about what they could do. Ryan was honest and upfront with us after seeing the place (and it was really bad) and about what he thought we could get from it. With recommendations of reputable cleaners, the place was a totally different house! After we listed it, it sold quickly and for more than the asking price. Ryan and his team were fantastic and really made this process as stress free as possible. Before we put our house on the market, Ryan came over and gave us an idea of the area, an ideal selling price along with a lot of thought on why it made sense. Not only did my house sell within the first few days, but it went almost word for word how Ryan said it would...including the selling price. A great team isn't determined by one person...and Ryan surrounded himself with a great team. Julie kept in touch with us daily and let us know of any issues the buyers were having.
