Ryan Payne

Ryan Payne is an Evansville native, growing up on the west side and graduating from F.J. Reitz High School in 2010. Before finishing high school, Ryan was able to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout with Scouting America (previously Boy Scouts of America). He decided to stay local and attended the University of Southern Indiana, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. During his time at USI, Ryan opted in for the spring break program offered to USI social work students to spend time in Jamaica to do cognitive assessments on orphans and socialize with the elderly that were placed in geriatric care in Mandeville. After college, he went on to take an offer from Texas Roadhouse, the restaurant he served at during college and where he met Chuck, to move into various positions both within management and corporate. Ryan is now an agent for team CCRE, while also acting as the teams manager and administrator. Outside of the business, Ryan is the Vice President of the Westside Improvement Association working to enhance the natural beauty of Evansville's west side.
