Ryan was a pleasure to work with. As first-time homebuyers, Ryan was very patient with us and helped answer all our questions, even referring a fantastic home inspector. Ryan located homes for us that fit with our style and budget but also encouraged us to continue our search independently. Ive known the Stefaniak family since they were all small children and having them sell our family home was very special to us. The entire process was very easy and Ryan was always there no matter what time of day to answer any questions I had. This is not the first house, Stefaniak realty or Ryan has sold for us. He had sold our other duplex a few years back and did such a good job. We trusted him to sell our family home.
