We were out-of-town sellers - and Aaron took care of literally everything.We came to Muncie for two days to move stuff from my mother's house to storage and a little hope to start selling the house. Aaron had a listing in the neighborhood, so I saw his number and called. He came and told us that he'd take care of everything - and he did! Aaron found us a perfect buyer with an excellent price in the first few days after the listing, but the closing process took few months. Through all this time, Aaron was always responsive, responsible, kind, understanding and patient.
