We worked with Adam and his team to purchase our first house in Minneapolis! Not only was Adam personable and professional, Adam brought a wealth of knowledge regarding the real estate market, potential appreciation and home renovation ideas. We had a particular vision for our future home, and he didnt pressure us into making any rapid decisions on properties and made sure we had a good deal on the property. Our situation had the additional complexity of being out of state buyers with a two-hour time zone difference. Adam and Gemma handled this time zone difference with ease.
