I was very active in Real Estate when I first got my license in San Diego over 7yrs ago. When Covid hit, my girlfriend was pregnant, so we moved up to Sacramento to be near her family. I joined a construction team where we built new multi-million dollar homes, as the pay was steady and I was able to learn a ton as a project manager's assistant. When we moved out to Morro Bay almost 3yrs ago, I started my handyman business, which has kept me busy and financially secure, however I always knew I'd return to Real Estate at some point. Now is that time and I'm extremely excited to be working with the Joel Pace Real Estate team!
