1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
This is a "YOU" decision. This is not about what anyone else thinks or says you can do or should to when purchasing a home. Make sure to be confident in knowing that it is YOUR decision as to what you buy, where it's located, and maybe most importantly, how much you're willing to pay to purchase a home. You have to feel good every day knowing that you made the right decision for you, and that you're comfortably able to afford the home you've purchased. Try to keep emotion out of the decision process until it's officially your home, and then be emotional and make amazing memories in the home you've purchased.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire me. There are a number of pre-selling decisions we can help you make/accomplish to maximize your net profit and minimize your hassle and time on the market.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Move Up Clients (meaning that they are in the phase of their life that they are selling one home and moving up to buy their next home)
Final Sale Of Mom or Dad's Life (meaning that they are in the phase of their life that they are helping their Mom or Dad sell their house and move in with them, move into a retirement community, or, unfortunately, if they have deceased, settle Mom or Dad's estate)
Investors (meaning that they purchase real estate to build their wealth)

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We were referred to a client from one of our friends. We listed the house, marketed the house, received multiple offers, and netted the seller more money than they thought possible.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 2009, I was laid off twice within nine months from the pharmaceutical industry, so I decided it was time to start to take control of our career.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I invested four years of my career as the Team Leader/CEO of Keller Williams Realty in Johnson City. In this role, I received special education and training that I utilized to help coach, train, and equip over 150 kw real estate agents to lead successful real estate businesses that provide superior client satisfaction. As a Team Leader/CEO, I was privileged to learn from the top leaders and the top agents at kw about their best practices for client systems/models, marketing properties, and building wealth for clients. I transitioned into joining Sarah in selling real estate in March of 2022.
There. Were many unusual situations in the sale of our house. Ryan guided us through them in a professional way. We were extremely fortunate to have them as our agent.
