Alice did a great job helping to sell my house. She was friendly, responsive and connected to great people and contacts who helped throughout the process from staging to inspections.

A real estate agent is a person who must play many roles: from helping one to see the potential, pointing out the flaws or difficulties, researching the codes that might make or break the deals, predicting the financial trends that impact housing, marriage counseling, driver, tour guide, and translator of all paperwork. The agent must befriend the buyer and get to know them enough to understand what they are really looking for even if they arent sure themselves. They must also proactively seek to stage, market, and advocate for their selling clients with efficiency, up-to-date knowledge of trends that impact selling, and clear communication at every stage. Ryan McGlone flows through each role effortlessly and is certainly the most personal, efficient, effective, and helpful agent Ive worked with. I'm the sort of client who sent frantic texts, asked the same question with different words if I didnt like the answer or didnt understand, and needed many repeat visits- and he always replied right away, researched everything I asked about, and gave me all the time I needed. It made me feel like I was his favorite client; the most important client; the one he was friends with so wanted to call after hours and help. Its his sincere approach to everything that allows everyone to feel that special when working with him. Ryan is trustworthy. You can trust him with your biggest hopes, your finances, your worries, your vulnerable mess when moving, and your big emotional swings that inevitably come with moving, buying and selling. He doesnt let things fall through the cracks even when there are big cracks like pandemic housing markets or holidays or inclement weather- he is steadfast through it all. To be honest, I am writing this review a year after we bought our home because a year later I am still grateful and still sort of wish he was as much a part of our family as he was for those few weeks of house hunting. I could sometimes use help reframing a decision or someone to calm my nerves about other big decisions or meet with me for scary appointments so I dont have to go through them alone. Thats the final role of an agent- to be deeply embedded in your family for a short time, and then, when you are safely moved in, to know that you have moved on and are now deciding paint colors, what to plant in the empty corner of the backyard, and pet-sitting your neighbors dogs. So a year later I am looking back and realizing how deeply grateful I am to him even while I am still looking forward to all that this home offers me and my family. I hope that you are able to find your dream home too with Ryans help!

Working with Ryan was a wonderful experience, he is truly an expert on the area and market. Ryan's expertise was apparent from day one when we met with him to discuss our needs and wants for our new home. Honestly I don't think it could've gone any smoother with the purchase of our property!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jana and Ryan at the McGlone Property Group at Cascade Hasson Sotheby's Realty. During our home buying process, they went above and beyond by touring us around the community with personalized commentary in order to familiarize us with the neighborhoods. They were reliable, transparent, and dependable which is just what we needed trying to by a home from out of state. We built a great relationship over a short period of time and plan to foster that relationship over the years. We are so grateful for their help and couldn't be happier with their services.
