My wife and I began our search for a new home when our family realized that we needed a little more room. Initially we were focused on building our dream home. Many years of planning were invested in that plan. However, plans sometimes change with little notice. We were introduced to Mariam when we found a home that we had some interest in touring. She was very responsive. Although we ended up passing on this house the Lowe team kept us in the loop when properties with our requirements became available. Fast forward a year and a half and several showings later, we were introduced to a new home that was about 85% of what we had envisioned building. After some setbacks through the process we ended up with our new dream home. We couldn?t have been happier with how the process was handled. What seemed like a major hurdle to me ended up being handled with ease by Mariam. For this we are very thankful. After moving into our new home we listed our other house for sale with Mariam. This too was a seamless process. All communication was extremely timely. In the end we are very thankful for all the help and professionalism that Mariam provided. Not only did we end up with our new house but we feel we also gained a friend.
