We had the good fortune of meeting and working with Ryan LaRocca and Amanda Thornberry to help us sell our home in West San Jose. When we first met Ryan at the property, he was able to quickly size up the condition of the home as well as to assess its potential current market value. Additionally, he suggested that we consider hiring a contractor to modernize the interior (which in turn would result in increased interest and ultimately a much more attractive offer). As it turns out, he was correct -- the contractor which he selected for us did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. The result yielded a significantly improved modern looking home with an updated fresh interior.After the work had been completed, Ryan selected a furniture staging specialist who did an outstanding job placing furniture and artwork throughout. This complemented the layout of the home and highlighted its potential as a warm, inviting place to live.Working closely alongside Ryan, Amanda assisted virtually every aspect of the process. She made suggestions regarding the selection of materials and colors, handled a huge variety of background tasks, and effectively handled all of the documentation details. Amanda kept us informed every step of the way and visited the property on a regular basis while it was being prepared to be put on the market.
