I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nick Abe as my buyer agent. He was consistently unavailable on weekends and weekdays, always coming up with excuses for his unavailability. My family and I had to constantly adjust our schedules to match his, which was incredibly inconvenient. I am not sure who writes the positive reviews on Zillow, but they are not true. Ryan is the best. In our first meeting he took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in a home. All of his recommendations were then based off of our criteria so we never felt like he was showing us options that werent a good fit for us. During showings his knowledge of the local market was palpable. Hed point out the strengths and weaknesses of each home and actually suggested we didnt make offers on a few homes that werent right for us. The fact that he did this showed us that he really wanted to put us in the perfect home and he wasnt just trying to make a quick sale. Our budget was tight and he was working on a much, much larger deal at the time, but he gave us tons of attention even though the commission from our purchase was a fraction of the commission he was receiving from the bigger deal. He also created a small miracle when he found us an off-market deal. Wed been looking for a while and couldnt find the right house, but a former client of his was ready to sell and Ryan knew it was the house for us so he set up the sale before the house could even get listed. That sort of professional network only comes with years of experience, and its a huge perk of working with Ryan. Lastly, he got us our house for tens of thousands of dollars less than it appraised for and some generous seller credits! Wow! We cant say enough good things about our experience. If youre looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and work with Ryan.
