I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nick Abe as my buyer agent. He was consistently unavailable on weekends and weekdays, always coming up with excuses for his unavailability. My family and I had to constantly adjust our schedules to match his, which was incredibly inconvenient. I am not sure who writes the positive reviews on Zillow, but they are not true. Our experience was far from positive, and I would not recommend Nick Abe to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive buyer agent.
