We selected him over other agents because of the preparation he had put into our initial meeting and his experience and success selling homes in our area. He did all the things well that you expect from an agent, but where Ryan excelled was when we left our home for a couple of months while it was for sale. He bailed us out on numerous occasions - his dedication to finding a buyer and then supporting us after it went under contract was superb. I also think he skillfully got everyone to "Yes" in out negotiation, which probably looked impossible when it started. Amanda was extremely kind and patient with me and my husband over the course of trying to buy a home.
