I was moving and Chris Powles was the listing agent for my house. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I moved soon after listing. Chris was always accessible and helpful. I trusted him to keep me informed and he did. The house sold quickly and Chris was involved and helpful right through closing.

It was a crazy housing market and we weren't having any luck, so we decided to switch to Hvizda Realty Group. The day after we signed our agreement with Melissa Queen, a house that fit our needs came on the market. We made an offer and it was accepted! Melissa was so delightful to work with throughout the whole process. We're glad we found our home so quickly with her, but if we had had to keep looking, I would have had the utmost faith in Melissa and her team.

I worked with Brenda Paradis at Hvizda for the purchase of (not one, but) TWO different properties (after the first one fell through a couple days before closing due to problems on the seller's side)...and I'm happy to provide my highest recommendation. Brenda is really easy to work with and a genuinely kind person, and she was persistent throughout the buying process - even through various ups and downs. She's been in NH for an extended period, so she knows the ins and outs of different areas and has a wide network of contacts to draw from - from lenders to inspectors to appraisers, all the way down to cleaning crews for once you're ready to move in. The Hvizda Realty Group also provides a strong backdrop of support. Their collective expertise was available to me (through Brenda) at every turn, when unexpected circumstances arose. Very pleased with the whole experience. I came from out of state as a first time home buyer, and needed real hand holding. Brenda and team were first-class partners.
