I closed on my very first home last month thanks to Peter Searcy and the team at Community & Council. I was relocating from out of state and operating on a short timeline, so 90% of the process was handled via email, text and phone. Every single person I interacted with was responsive and helpful throughout. I only had a few days in town to house shop, and Peter dedicated two long back-to-back afternoons to showing me every house I was interested in. He shared so much knowledge during that time, both about the Atlanta area and home-buying in general. We went from first contact to signing closing paperwork in under a month (!!), and now I have the starter house I've always dreamed of and a much better understanding of the home-buying process. I've never worked with another real estate agent, and I won't as long as Peter is in the business. He is always straightforward, but still kind and gracious. I really couldn't ask for more!

We were lucky enough to work with Kristen DiCarlo on our journey to buy our first home. We had worked with another real estate agent and were not happy with our experience, so based on a friend's recommendation we reached out to Kristen. She helped us figure out what we wanted in a house through many home tours and stuck by us as we waited a very long time (thanks Covid!) for our new construction home to be completed. Marco is the best residential realtor ever!!! He helped us when we first moved to Atlanta and helped us buy our first house here.
