I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Ryan Goodwin. It was my first time selling a property and Ryan, since day one of the process, really helped to take the pressure off of me. He started by giving me his advice regarding repairs and getting the house ready for the market. Then, he took professional photographs and made a video, including a 3D tour of the house. This job was truly impressive and I sold the property within days, for a price beyond my own expectations. After this amazing experience, Ryan helped me buy my new place. This buying process was as positive as the first. Ryan is knowledgeable, patient, honest, hands on, and very diligent. He didnt mind driving almost two hours (one way) to help me sell the house and 50 minutes (one way) every time it was needed to make sure I had a perfect buying experience. He is the best. Ah! Ryan is by far the best realtor that I have used over my life and all my real estate transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process (will take the time to walk anyone through it to ensure they are comfortable and understand what's taking place), and of the Virginia real estate market.
