I first met Ryan about a rental his company was managing, the rental didn't work out but he was determined to help my family find a new space. We were expecting to rent again but he spoke with us about the option of buying. Regardless of what we did we needed a new place ASAP. We got a preapproval for a mortgage and he worked overtime to find us the perfect home in our timeframe. Amazingly he made it happen.
