My wife and I have bought and sold numerous homes over the years. After making offers on two different homes with other realtors, I declined the purchase after the property inspections. I found a great realtor Ryan Gaertner while searching for the third property I was interested in. I was making this purchase with a 1031-exchange and the process and guidelines were stressful. I was so thankful to have Ryan on my side. I was so appreciative of his knowledge and dedication.
