Ryan came highly recommended from a friend. My decision to sell my house and downsize to a condo during a pandemic could have been stressful. Ryan's attention to detail, listening, communication and genuine care made the entire process pretty seamless. He handled the dump truck full of mulch which was accidentally dumped at my house during a showing without batting an eye. The new condo he helped me find is the favorite place I've owned. My brother-in-law works on the mortgage side of the industry and he strongly recommended contracting with Ryan to sell my house. I knew from talking with him for 5 minutes that this was the right move. If he could sell himself to me that quickly he could sell my house. And I was right. He had great ideas on what I could do to drive traffic to the listing and took steps himself through the wording of the listing, professional photography, setting up and running multiple open houses, and speaking with other agents in the area to get tons of people looking and interested in my house. As far as working with Ryan is concerned, I found that Ryan was very knowledgable about the process. He was easy to contact via phone, text message or email. And as far as negotiation and local knowledge is concerned, I elected to list slightly higher than Ryan recommended. There was a lot of traffic but no offers initially, but when I lowered the price to what Ryan recommended offers came in immediately, and I ended up selling for list price without contributing anything toward closing costs. I was very pleased and probably should have listed to Ryan in the first place.
