Ryan was tremendous with his efforts in selling our historic home in rural NM. He went above and beyond, even tracking down water heater parts before an inspection! After the home didnt sell with our initial realtor for 9 months last summer, we reached out to Sothebys and got connected with Ryan who took amazing photos and re-listed it and sold with 4 months, during winter! Ryan is EXCELLENT all around. He could not have been more helpful and personable when it came to guiding me through all aspects of the house purchasing process. Readily available, answered all my questions, put me in contact with everyone with whom I needed to be in contact, and went above and beyond in all departments. Even after the sale, he has made himself readily available to help me access services I need prior to moving into the house (like electricians, painters, house cleaners, etc.). Ryan handled all the paperwork I requested, and paperwork of which I was not even aware!. Could not recommend him more highly.
