I worked with Ryan as a transaction broker for selling my house in Aurora Colorado and recommend him highly. The purchaser was out of town which added a level of complexity to the sale which was dealt with. But not by me. I liked that part. I also liked Ryan's team, including a couple references for professionals to do things I don't do. I liked that part to.
