Heath is the stuff legends are made of. I was a first time homebuyer and he made the process painless and easy to understand. He walked me through every task in detail and made sure I understood the implications of each decision. His research was thorough and we ended up with an offer on the first house I loved that was accepted within a day! There was negotiation at a few other points in the process, but he always made sure my needs were front and center, not only in terms of cost and purchase agreement, but also the need to close on my dream home in the market that we had to work with. We ended up with some unmet requirements on the final walkthrough (sellers issue) and he sat with me at the closing table for hours making all kinds of calls (re arranging his schedule and doing research) to make sure we could write a contingency that would protect me and my home, until they had to let us out of the building with a key.
