We have no regrets about choosing Ryan and Jenni to help sell our house. They helped us determine what was important to prepare our house before listing in this market and what wasn't (and helped us find a contractor who could help ASAP). They know the market very well, advised on the right listing price, and their photographer took AMAZING pictures and drone footage. They helped us negotiate multiple over asking offers received and our house was under contract only two days after the first showing!! They are very professional and helpful and answered our questions throughout the process (and some even after the sale). We highly recommend Ryan and Jenni - they are a great team and we are so glad we worked with them!

Ryan and Jenni helped myself and significant other sell my condo and guided us in purchasing our forever home in Traverse City.
