From our first meeting, he gently but firmly took lead on staging, pictures, pricing and presented so we were all in unison and agreement. The paperwork was seamless, advise on "uncluttering" (not an easy feat for any homeowner personality), simple and effective staging, excellent photography and time management was a joy to be a part of! Granted, the right buyer came by and loved our property and 'things' that were left, BUT he had it up and available and sold in 2 weeks with no debates!
