As a full-time, full-service real estate broker I offer a full suite of real estate services. Whether you are buying, selling, investing, or moving into or out of the city I provide unprecedented customer service to my clients. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in the Automotive Industry with a focus on Business Development and Customer Service, for over 25 years. I serve my clients as a consultant, leading them through every step of the buying and selling process and my success in real estate is due to my passion, experience, professionalism, and commitment to serving your real estate needs. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, experiencing different local restaurants, volunteering at the local Humane Society*, and meeting new people. *I give a portion of my earnings from the sale or purchase of your home to The Hamilton County Humane Society which is one of the few truly NO KILL shelters in the US. I have 3 sons ranging from 21 to 6 years of age, I am happily married to my lovely wife of 10 years, and have tons of family and friends around the country.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk with a lender before going out to look at homes. Knowledge is POWER and knowing how much home you can afford along with a lender pre-approval, gives you the power you NEED to buy the home you LOVE!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Presentation is EVERYTHING! If you want to sell your house for TOP DOLLAR and FAST, having a clean and clutter free home is essential! Selling your home is about getting people in the door, so take the time to make your home as presentable as possible. It WILL pay off in the end.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, I helped a wonderful couple that is relocating to the area. We had been searching for over a year and a half for the perfect home, that would fit all their WANTS and NEEDS. We found one that they LOVED, but missed out to another buyer. Fortunately for my clients, the first buyers backed out before the purchase was completed. Even though I had never worked with this listing agent before, he and I had developed such a good rapport, that they contacted us first to see if we were still interested. Long story short, we got a deal put together that night and my clients now own the home of their DREAMS.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I worked in Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development in the Automotive industry for over 25 years and LOVED it! Unfortunately, circumstances changed, and the company I loved working for was purchased by another. The culture changed almost overnight and not in a good way! I had been monitoring Real Estate for years and decided it was time to take the leap. I resigned from my job, got my license, and I haven't looked back! I love meeting new people, so getting to spend my days working with AMAZING people suits me perfectly.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Working with Retail Customers, Small Business Owners, Large Businesses over the years gave me the opportunity to work with all kinds of people, in all walks of life. It helped me develop a means of connecting with people, no matter their situation. I am happy to say that my clients are like FAMILY to me!
