He also reached out immediately to the selling counterparts on my behalf when needed, and always found a way to give me the information I needed in a timely fashion. 3) At no charge, Ryan helped me even after completion of the purchase to find good tenants, by providing expert advice. His tips and suggestions were very valuable and were instrumental in finding an excellent long-term tenant. I am convinced that Ryan helped me save money during the purchase, and he helped me getting the best ROI after the purchase. 4) Ryan dedicated a significant amount of time helping me visit various properties, with no obligation and always found a way to arrange visits when my schedule allowed.
