Ryan was so helpful to us buying our house. We weren't able to come out to VA to look at any houses before buying and he made the experience so much less stressful. Anytime we asked to see a house or get info on a house, he jumped right on it. There was never any hesitation on anything. He was completely honest and upfront about the way the house looked in person. He and his partner, Sue, really made buying a home from 2700 miles away very easy and made us feel very comfortable going through with the purchase without seeing the home first. We can't say enough good things about him and we will definitely be using him again when we sell our home in a few years.

After getting to know Ryan by attending some of his open houses, we decided to use The Hometown Advantage team (Ryan and Sue) when it was time for us to list our house. Even though we listed in a buyer's market and had a very unique house and circumstances, Ryan stayed positive all the way through our listing/selling. They used creative marketing techniques and held relevant open houses and we never had any doubt in them. Ryan cares about his clients and it shows. We would definitely use the team of Ryan and Sue if we were to buy or sell in the area again.
