Ryan and Sue helped us sell our house eventually. Most of the process went smoothly but towards the end of closing the deal they pushed us to do things we weren't comfortable with. Additionally they withheld information from us on additional repairs that we had to pay for and continued to just push to sign everything to close it out. They also authorized the additional repairs without our written consent costing us $1,200 just so they could close. They decided to do what they thought was best for us without full disclosure and our consent. If you use them make sure you are asking lots of questions and getting all the information from them, not the filter information which could cost you more without knowing.
