He always made sure that we understood the process, sometimes all of the legal lingo can get confusing. Ryan had a really awesome online program so we didn't have to worry about printing papers and faxing them back since we lived so far away at the time. And that truly was a value to us as two hard-working parents with 4 busy children. Ryan and his wife ended up going on their honeymoon during our closing process.
