Within minutes of finding out where we were moving, we gave Ryan a call and he had a few houses lined up for us to see within a couple of hours! The housing market was rough for buyers at the time, we lost a couple of offers. But Ryan worked his magic and was able to schedule us THREE showings hours before other buyers had the chance to compete with us. We were able to get an accepted offer that way, and we couldn't be happier with the house we now call home. Ryan is great to work with, he is realistic, very knowledgeable in his profession, and a great advocate for his clients. He proved to be patient- we ran into long, unexpected delays when buying a home during a pandemic. It was also very convenient he is credentialed to work in MN and WI, too. We will be moving in a couple of years and definitely plan on working with Ryan again!

ZillowVERIFIEDI sold my home in July, 2019. I highly recommend Ryan for anyone that is planning on buying or selling a home. He made the process very easy for me as a single mother trying to get through the process, he basically took care of everything. As far as communication, you won't find any better. Regardless of day or night, if i contacted him, he made himself available and answered any questions. I also used Ryan for house hunting. Whenever I found a house i wanted to see, his response was quick and he made himself available to show any house, typically within 48 hours. And he was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. A 4* realtor!
