Ryan's extensive experience and expertise helped us navigate a real estate market that was greatly impacted by COVID and the early stages of the booming real estate market that has only gotten more competitive since. I called Ryan when we were ready to begin working with an agent based on so many stellar reviews from various real estate websites. He not only called me back within a couple of hours, he was showing us homes almost immediately. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. COVID had already impacted inventory and Ryan always tried his best to schedule a showing as soon as we were available. While we weren't able to view every house before it sold, we had the chance to view many. At every showing Ryan let us lead, but was always looking out for a sound house (newer hot water heater and HVAC, avoiding houses that appeared to have water issues, etc.) which made us feel more confident in our decisions. Our second offer was accepted and Ryan and his transaction coordinator, Randi, worked with us every step of the way. The selling agent was very difficult to deal with and Ryan was excellent in navigating the issues and put in a great deal of time making extra phone calls to make sure everything worked out well for us. At tax time several months after closing, Ryan and his team even reached out to make sure we had some of the necessary documentation. If we decide to sell somewhere down the road Ryan will be the first person we call.
