I used Josie LaChance as my buyers agent, she is part of Ryan Birdsongs team. Josie was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area, we went several routes and ended up going with a fixer upper in a great location. Throughout the whole process with another property we put an offer on she had our best interests at heart. Josie explained everything, set us up with options for mortgage company, and even gave us some contractors contact info for the remodel. In my opinion she went above and beyond her job duties and we would recommend her to anyone.
