Due to a family emergency, we were not always able to be present, & she gladly stepped in.Claudia even went the extra mile to verify the sellers claims of what was included in the H.O.A., & in fact found out that the sellers claims were, in fact, not correct.In addition, Team Admin Jack Kelly was also working backup to provide any additional support whenever/wherever it was needed. I had such a great experience working with Ryan and his team! I recently sold my condo in San Diego and was initially very nervous.
