Ryan and his team was beyond amazing. From the start he laid out reasonable and honest expectations in selling our home. Directed us in repairs for selling to make the most profit. The marketing team was great as well. Having kids I was worried about keeping the house in pristine shape! Going into my first home-buying experience, I thought finding the home would be the hardest part. Turns out there is a lot of project management/logistics involved with coordinating lender/title/appraiser/inspection/home insurance, movers, and move. Casey was always available in addition to Ryan and I appreciate the "village" teamwork to get the transaction to the finish line. It went so smoothly! With a 60-day closing contingency we were able to close within less than 45 days. A real feat for the Adams Cameron, Adams Cameron Title and Homebridge teams.

I recently had a long distance relocation from Mississippi to the Daytona area and reached out to Ryan after seeing a video review of one of his listings on YouTube. From start to finish Ryan was a class act and cant be recommended highly enough. This was our sixth home purchase over the years so we consider ourselves seasoned buyers and in the past weve always provided the agent or broker several listings that we were interested in viewing. Surprising, after Ryan and I spoke he assured me that he would hand select and prepare a group of the best listings in the area that were available based upon our one on one phone interview prior to meeting in person.
