Ruth and Sam were wonderful. From the first time we met them and they explained how they would market our home through the closing, they were there to guide us every step of the way. They took the time to help us prepare our home for listing and then sent is a fabulous photographer before they listed our home. Only 4 days after our listing went live we received a reasonable offer that we split the difference on and sold our house in less than a week. Simultaneously, Ruth helped us find our new home. We were downsizing and she found us the perfect place. Madison, in their office we always there to answer any questions if Ruth or Sam were unavailable. The entire team was great. In approximately 6 weeks from hiring Ruth and Sam we are moved and settling into our new home. We can highly recommend them for their professionalism and responsiveness.
