My husband and I were in the market for our first home and we didnt even know where to start. Nothing was really catching our eye and we kept running into the typical realtor sales type people. On a whim we we decided to stop by an open house where we met Rebecca. We instantly clicked. She was very professional and really took the time to get to know us. It became more of looking for houses with a friend rather than being forced into anything. This process can be very nerve racking but she made the experience fun. Rebecca was on it with every aspect of the process. If I had any questions, even at midnight, she was there for me. She wasnt just my realtor but she became my friend. When we found the house we wanted she wrote up our offer and it was approved the next day, which I have heard is almost impossible. Shes an excellent negotiator and kept myself and my husband in the loop at all times. If you want someone you can trust and a great new friend I highly recommend Rebecca! To this day I can ask her questions about my house and shes on it!

After meeting several agents we got discouraged and decided to hold off committing to one. We opted to search on our own and sign with one when we got closer to our timeframe goal. At an open house we met Rebecca Zweig of Douglas Elliman and immediately saw how amazing she was. She engaged professionally with viewers, was not too busy to answer questions, was able to answer detailed questions about the property, and was not aggressive about forcing the house on us or signing us. There was a very natural ease about talking with her. We set up an interview and the first thing we appreciated was what a good communicator Rebecca was. In our discussion we saw her to be the right mix of knowledgeable, professional, and interested in our situation. She gave us 3 concise strategies for selling our home, listened to and documented our goals, made us a part of the strategy development, and outlined possible scenarios and resulting action plans to execute a contingent listing and search for a new home. We were put at ease as we embarked on what is often a stressful experience in peoples lives. Rebeccas team at Douglas Elliman worked seamlessly to photograph and market our place. Professional pictures really make the difference! We had multiple offers in 3 days and selected one less than a week after listing! Again, Rebecca and team were so organized and worked quickly to schedule all inspections and provided timelines to us with important dates and events to expect. Not only was Rebecca good at communicating all moving parts with us but with our buyers agent as well- everyone was on the same page! She kept things running smoothly and we honestly did not feel stressed in the process. In our purchase of a new home, Rebeccas goal was to find us what we wanted. We were much more choosy for our second home purchase and at no point did she try to push or overly encourage us to accept anything less than we wanted. She never tried to get us to concede on the prime features on our wish list. Additionally, she is great at strategizing the bid package; putting us in the best light for the sellers. I have a newfound respect for this stage in the process after seeing her put together the packages. Once we were in escrow to buy, she again quickly scheduled all inspections promptly and coordinated reports submission to us. Her team again sent us timelines with milestones to keep us on track. Her great communication and organization skills were essential during this time which, through no fault of hers, got stressful. We are delighted to recommend Rebecca as a real estate agent and would happily work with her again!
