Ruth is the absolute best. She did everything except move out for us. Haha. She sent us info on how to stage, told us what to take care of and what to not worry about. She got us connected with a carpet installer and a roofer who were both fantastic. She dealt with getting photos of the house too. Oh, and she had a pre-listing inspection done! We left town while showings were going on and Ruth sent us updates as to how many showings each day, how many agents said their buyers were interested, and when each offer came in and whether it was a good one or not.Ruth is professional and kind.
