We highly recommend Ruth Howard and the Teresa Cowart team if you are looking for a realtor that is professional and gets results. We tried unsuccessfully to work with realtors in Savanna. We were out of state buyers and by the time we could see a new listing and find out any information, they would already be under contingency. We then made a house hunting trip to Savannah and made 3 offers and were outbid w/o even a chance to participate in a bidding war. We went back home and then we talked with Ruth and explained our Delia Ruth was our feet on the street. She personally sent us new listings as soon as they were available to here. She also went to homes and took pictures and video. Ruth helped us to find and purchase a great home in a great neighborhood. We highly recommend her if you want results on this current market.
