We had interviewed several Realtors to start but he was head and shoulders above the rest- able to promise all that we needed and delivering on those promises 150%!! This included assisting us with sorting through the home where we raised our children (16 years worth of living- and many things to get rid of) preparing the home for selling and staging. He even provided us with free storage for our belongings while we looked to downsize. We left the state and Rusty took care of minor repairs, etc. while we were unavailable. He took care of everything and provided stellar marketing when the time was right. Our house sold w/in the week at above asking!
