Rusty sold our house for us in record time. We had interviewed several Realtors to start but he was head and shoulders above the rest- able to promise all that we needed and delivering on those promises 150%!! This included assisting us with sorting through the home where we raised our children (16 years worth of living- and many things to get rid of) preparing the home for selling and staging. Rusty made the sale of my condo so easy! Seriously--I am so busy in my life right now, I really needed someone to take charge and take care of this sale soup to nuts. We talked at some length and he had great ideas immediately for what we should do in the condo to make it more attractive--not too much, but not too little. I handed him the keys (we had vacated the condo) and he took care of everything. Repairs, new fixtures and appliances where appropriate, paint, carpeting, and then staging, filming. The little he suggested spending--which he covered until the sale--brought us three offers at the first open house, one of which was $120,000 over the asking price.
