1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I know some transactions can seem like a whirlwind, but have no fear, that's why I am here! I can slow things down and guide you to the right people through out the transaction.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Let's sit down and do a Comparative Market Analysis together. So you can SEE YOURSELF what the market has been saying about homes in your area. Entering the market at the appropriate price is crucial.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Many first time buyers, who coincidentally are strong, single moms! But I have worked with all types - investors, second home purchases, upgrading, downsizing.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was able to get a first time buyer, a single mother of two, approved with my lender, which her finances were difficult to say the least. Then we were able to grind out finding a home in a tough entry level market - tons of competition. I got it done! She was more than thrilled!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've always had an eye on real estate. Now that I'm in it, I love the thrill of helping genuine good people get the dream of home ownership!
