We felt he advised appropriately on each property, where to start with offers, what needs each may require, etc. Encouraged working locally with the business transaction side of real estate which was very beneficial on getting a property. We achieved a short closing time. Also with uncertain fluctuations in property values during 2022 Russ was steady on what a property was worth while admitting there was a lot of uncertainty in the market.
