ZillowVERIFIEDOver the course of many years, I have bought and sold a total of five homes in California and Oregon. Russ Garceau has by far surpassed any and all expectations I could have for an agent, selling my home.Russ goes the extra mile in all aspects. He makes excellent recommendations, is very responsive, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and maintained/managed my home as an absentee seller. If that meant contacting a new weekly gardening service, or obtaining contractors to make minor repairs based on a home inspection, Russ did it all. Russ even removed a dead tree from my yard and hauled it away himself!! Any suggestions I made regarding the selling process were welcomed and acted upon. My home had 17 1/2 foot ceilings and a few other difficult camera angles. In order to maximize the appearance of the home, I suggested to Russ that we needed a photographer who specialized in these types of shots, and Russ expeditiously took care of making this happen. At my request, Russ and his wonderful wife insured that the three toilet bowls in the home were cleaned weekly to avoid "ring around the bowl." A package was mis-delivered to my address at the home for sale and Russ picked up the package and resent it to my new address on the east coast. Russ also mailed a set of car keys that I left at the home when I moved. He exhibited a positive, uplifting attitude throughout the sales process and bolstered my confidence.There are unending qualities that Russ demonstrated throughout the sale of my home, and many more specific examples of his service. As an experienced buyer and seller, I doubt that I will ever find an agent that will match the quality of service and dedication to the client provided by Russ Garceau.

As in the past, Russ was very responsive to all our questions and able to navigate the buying process to effectively negotiate a deal that was great for us.
